Five individuals engaged in a 10-week intervention that taught fundamental ideas of the ILP mannequin. Findings revealed enhanced perceived wellness and adaptive functioning in addition to lessened psychological well being concerns, from pre-to post-study. Perceptions of the ILP model and its effectiveness as a model for self-care had been largely constructive throughout participants. An overarching theme, building consciousness , emerged across the qualitative information. This pilot study supports completion of further intervention analysis utilizing ILP as a self-care mannequin for CPGSs.
