The health care companies have not been disallowed on the idea of necessity, appropriateness or reasonableness. The hospice will be paid on the inpatient respite care fee for every day on which the beneficiary is in an permitted inpatient facility and is receiving respite care. The payment offered for beneath this paragraph is the payment in full for providers covered by this paragraph. Facilities might not charge beneficiaries for amounts, if any, in excess of the payment amounts determined pursuant to this paragraph.
